Elixir de Spa Bloody Carrot

A spicy, fresh, original and healthy twist on the classic Bloody Mary!
  • 5 cl Elixir de Spa
  • 200 g carrots or 10 cl carrot juice
  • lemon grass
  • 1 small chili pepper (or some drops of Tabasco)
  • ½ lemon
  • Juice the carrots, lemongrass, chili pepper and lemon and strain.
  • Stir over ice together with the Elixir de Spa.

Tip: If you don’t have a juicer, add the lemongrass and the chili pepper to the carrot juice and leave to macerate overnight. Add the juice of half a lemon and strain.


Serve over ice in a low glass and garnish with nasturtium or watercress.
