Elixir de Spa Bloody Carrot
A spicy, fresh, original and healthy twist on the classic Bloody Mary!
- 5 cl Elixir de Spa
- 200 g carrots or 10 cl carrot juice
- lemon grass
- 1 small chili pepper (or some drops of Tabasco)
- ½ lemon
- Juice the carrots, lemongrass, chili pepper and lemon and strain.
- Stir over ice together with the Elixir de Spa.
Tip: If you don’t have a juicer, add the lemongrass and the chili pepper to the carrot juice and leave to macerate overnight. Add the juice of half a lemon and strain.
DRESS & SERVE TIPS
Serve over ice in a low glass and garnish with nasturtium or watercress.
