For over one and a half centuries, FX de Beukelaer has used dozens of plants and herbs from all over the world to distil the authentic Elixir d’Anvers. The recipe for this artisan liqueur has remained unchanged since François-Xavier de Beukelaer developed it in 1863. Its unique taste has been favoured by many generations, and nowadays it inspires chefs and mixologists to create inventive dishes and cocktails.

✨ 𝗖𝗿𝗮𝗳𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗠𝗲𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗶𝗲𝘀 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗘𝗹𝗶𝘅𝗶𝗿 𝗱’𝗔𝗻𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀: 𝟮𝟰 𝗛𝗼𝘂𝗿𝘀 𝘁𝗼 𝗥𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿... ✨
This week, our distillery came alive with 𝗰𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗶𝘁𝘆, 𝗽𝗮𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻, and the 𝘂𝗻𝗺𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗸𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝘀𝗽𝗶𝗿𝗶𝘁 𝗼𝗳 𝗘𝗹𝗶𝘅𝗶𝗿 𝗱’𝗔𝗻𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀. Together with some of the finest bartenders, we embarked on a journey through history, flavor, and inspiration. Here’s a glimpse of what made it unforgettable:
🥃 𝗔 𝗧𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗱𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻
We opened our doors and hearts to a group of bartenders eager to dive 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗼 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗹𝗱 𝗼𝗳 𝗘𝗹𝗶𝘅𝗶𝗿 𝗱’𝗔𝗻𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀. Guided by 𝗖𝗮𝗿𝗹-𝗜𝘃𝗮𝗻, they discovered 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘆 behind our iconic spirit and even sampled 𝘀𝗼𝗺𝗲 𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗹 𝗯𝗮𝘁𝗰𝗵𝗲𝘀 not yet shared with the world. 🪄
Dinner was a 𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗲 𝗰𝗲𝗹𝗲𝗯𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗼𝗳 𝗰𝗿𝗮𝗳𝘁𝘀𝗺𝗮𝗻𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽. Each course was paired with cocktails that showcased 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗼𝗳 𝗘𝗹𝗶𝘅𝗶𝗿 𝗱’𝗔𝗻𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀, turning every bite and sip into a 𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗺𝗼𝗻𝗶𝗼𝘂𝘀 𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲. The evening crescendoed into an afterparty where creativity reigned. From daring twists to classic tributes, the bartenders amazed us with their 𝗘𝗹𝗶𝘅𝗶𝗿-𝗶𝗻𝘀𝗽𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗰𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀. 🍹✨

The morning brought a fresh perspective as we strolled 𝘁𝗵𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗴𝗵 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗵𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘁 𝗼𝗳 𝗔𝗻𝘁𝘄𝗲𝗿𝗽 with local expert @tanguyottomer. This event wasn’t just about cocktails or history; it was about 𝗽𝗲𝗼𝗽𝗹𝗲, 𝗽𝗮𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻, and the 𝘀𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗹𝗼𝘃𝗲 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗮 𝘀𝗽𝗶𝗿𝗶𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁𝗲𝘀.
