Elixir d’Anvers Mojito

The perfect sunny balance of fresh, sweet and sour!
  • 5 cl Elixir d’Anvers
  • 10 mint leaves
  • 1 lime, quartered
  • 5 cl tonic water
  • crushed ice
  • 1 sprig of mint
  • Put the mint leaves and 2 lime wedges in a highball glass and muddle to release the lime juice.
  • Add Elixir d’Anvers, half fill the glass with crushed ice and stir well.
  • Fill the glass completely with crushed ice and top up with tonic water.

Tip: Use soda water instead of tonic water.


Garnish with a sprig of mint and a lime wedge. Serve with a straw.
