Elixir d’Anvers Mojito
The perfect sunny balance of fresh, sweet and sour!
- 5 cl Elixir d’Anvers
- 10 mint leaves
- 1 lime, quartered
- 5 cl tonic water
- crushed ice
- 1 sprig of mint
- Put the mint leaves and 2 lime wedges in a highball glass and muddle to release the lime juice.
- Add Elixir d’Anvers, half fill the glass with crushed ice and stir well.
- Fill the glass completely with crushed ice and top up with tonic water.
Tip: Use soda water instead of tonic water.
DRESS & SERVE TIPS
Garnish with a sprig of mint and a lime wedge. Serve with a straw.
