Horse’s Neck

INGREDIENTS
  • 30 ml Elixir d’Anvers
  • 20 ml Bourbon
  • 100 ml Ginger Ale
  • 20 ml fresh lime juice
  • Ice cubes
  • Verbena tips (garnish)
PREPARATION
  • Fill a long drink glass with ice cubes.
  • Pour the Bourbon and Elixir d’Anvers over the ice into the long drink glass.
  • Add fresh lime juice to the glass.
  • Carefully poor the Ginger Ale into the glass.
  • Stir briefly with a bar spoon to mix all the flavours.
SERVING SUGGESTIONS

Garnish the cocktail with a few verbena tips for an extra aromatic touch.
