Elixir de Spa Poire

The fresh herbs and the zesty orange add a richer dimension to the spiciness of Elixir de Spa and the sweetness of the pear juice.
  • 5 cl Elixir de Spa
  • 10 cl organic pear juice
  • 1 sprig fresh verbena or mint
  • orange zest
  • Combine all ingredients in a jug or mixing glass and leave to macerate for a couple of hours to extract the flavours of the green herbs and the orange.

Tip: Make this cocktail beforehand in bigger quantities and serve with some game or any other meat.


Serve in a highball glass full of ice, and garnish with the orange zest and a sprig of fresh verbena or mint.
