Elixir de Spa Poire
The fresh herbs and the zesty orange add a richer dimension to the spiciness of Elixir de Spa and the sweetness of the pear juice.
- 5 cl Elixir de Spa
- 10 cl organic pear juice
- 1 sprig fresh verbena or mint
- orange zest
- Combine all ingredients in a jug or mixing glass and leave to macerate for a couple of hours to extract the flavours of the green herbs and the orange.
Tip: Make this cocktail beforehand in bigger quantities and serve with some game or any other meat.
DRESS & SERVE TIPS
Serve in a highball glass full of ice, and garnish with the orange zest and a sprig of fresh verbena or mint.
