Elixir d’Anvers Nero
The best cocktails are simple. The blackberries have a natural acidity which combines perfectly with Elixir d’Anvers. Dark in colour, almost black, full of anti-oxidants!
- 4 cl Elixir d’Anvers
- 8 blackberries (50 g)
- 4 cl mineral water
- crushed ice
- Muddle the blackberries until fine – using a blender if you prefer – together with the (still) mineral water.
- Add crushed ice and pour over 4 cl of Elixir d’Anvers.
- Give a good stir and add crushed ice. Repeat until the glass is full, continuing to stir.
DRESS & SERVE TIPS
Serve in a highball glass. Finish with a blackberry.
